Being focused on crochet means that there s little room to be focused on much of anything else; in turn, all the clutter and noise from a chaotic and busy day is suddenly relegated to the back burner. Working crochet left-handed is just as easy as working it right-handed.

Today, simple crochet patterns are a part of any number of designs. Yarn companies dye yarn in large batches and there can be slight variations in color between the batches. How many of us would have continued on with the big project if we had had a chance to practice first without the big commitment of time and materials?

There are some that sell patterns and some that will tell you where to get them for free! Yes, free. Afghan hooks are used for specialized crochet projects, and they allow you to hold many stitches on your hook. Do a search online for some great patterns.

There are some great resources out there. Keep in mind that patterns can be adapted to suit the purpose of the project.
