crochet angel tree top pattern - crochet with passion

Do you know someone who is pregnant and you don't know what to get them for a gift? If you are learning how to crochet, there are some things to consider that will make your crocheting experience easier and more fun.

Start with basic and easy to learn stitching techniques and then gradually as you grow in confidence you can upgrade for more difficult and intricate types of embroidery. By learning a few basic crochet stitches you will be able to make some really nice crochet projects. But, as crochet enthusiasts will also tell you, this opens the possibility of getting in completely over your head.

When you finish the crocheted item, take a picture of it and keep it in a photo album so when someone asks what you crochet, you can show them. If you are a beginner and frequently lose your place, write the patterns on lined paper, one instruction at a time. It simply makes sense to make a baby sized sweater before tackling the adult sized version as a Christmas gift for your husband!

I find it very relaxing, a great stress reliever. There are free patterns, charts with crochet abbreviations used in patterns, charts for hook sizes, etc.
